1. القبول بالشروط

هذه الشروط اتفاقية بينك وبين شركة («نحن»)، مشغّلة لعبة «سلطنة الحرب» («اللعبة»). إذا لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم اللعبة.

عند تحديث هذه الشروط، نطلب منك الموافقة على النسخة الجديدة داخل اللعبة. ولن تتمكن من متابعة اللعب حتى توافق عليها.

2. الأهلية والحساب

• يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل. وإذا كنت دون السن القانونية في بلدك، فيجب أن يوافق وليّ أمرك على هذه الشروط.
• يمكنك إنشاء حساب بالبريد الإلكتروني، أو الدخول عبر Google أو Apple. ويجب أن تكون البيانات التي تقدّمها صحيحة.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وعن كل ما يحدث في حسابك.
• الحساب شخصي لك وحدك. يُمنع بيع الحسابات أو شراؤها أو تداولها أو مشاركتها.
• الحسابات التي لا يُؤكَّد بريدها الإلكتروني خلال 7 أيام تُحذف تلقائيًا.
• يجب ألا يكون اسم المستخدم مسيئًا أو مضللًا، ولا ينتحل شخصية أحد.

3. ترخيص الاستخدام

نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا ومحدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل، يمكننا إلغاؤه، لاستخدام اللعبة لأغراضك الترفيهية غير التجارية، بشرط التزامك بهذه الشروط. ولا يمنحك هذا الترخيص أي ملكية في اللعبة أو في أي جزء منها.

4. العملات والعناصر الافتراضية

• تتضمن اللعبة عملات افتراضية كالذهب، وعناصر وحزمًا واشتراكات كالبطاقات الشهرية وصندوق النمو ومستويات VIP («العناصر الافتراضية»).
• العناصر الافتراضية ترخيص لاستخدامها داخل اللعبة فقط، وليست ملكًا لك. ليس لها قيمة نقدية حقيقية، ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال أو تحويلها إلى حساب آخر أو بيعها خارج اللعبة.
• يجوز لنا تعديل العناصر الافتراضية أو أسعارها أو توفّرها أو إيقافها، ومن ذلك إعادة موازنة اللعبة.
• قد تتضمن بعض الميزات، كعجلة الحظ، نتائج عشوائية. تُعرض المكافآت الممكنة داخل اللعبة، ولا يُضمن الحصول على مكافأة معيّنة.

5. المشتريات والاسترداد

• تتم المشتريات عبر Google Play أو Apple App Store، أو عبر الدفع بالبطاقة أو المحفظة من خلال Paymob حيث يتوفر. ويخضع الدفع أيضًا لشروط المتجر أو مزوّد الدفع.
• الأسعار معروضة داخل اللعبة بعملتك المحلية حين يكون ذلك متاحًا، وقد تشمل الضرائب المطبّقة.
• نتحقق من كل عملية شراء مع المتجر قبل تسليمها، ونرسل إيصال الدفع إلى بريدك الإلكتروني.
• جميع المشتريات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا نصّ القانون المطبّق أو سياسة المتجر على غير ذلك. وتُقدَّم طلبات الاسترداد للمشتريات عبر المتاجر من خلال Google Play أو App Store مباشرة.
• إذا استُردّت قيمة عملية شراء أو أُلغيت بعد تسليمها، فيجوز لنا مراجعة الحساب وتقييده في حالات إساءة الاستخدام.
• إذا كان عمرك دون 18 عامًا، فاحصل على إذن وليّ أمرك قبل أي عملية شراء.

6. الإعلانات بمكافأة

تتيح بعض الميزات مشاهدة إعلان اختياري للحصول على مكافأة داخل اللعبة. تُمنح المكافأة بعد أن يؤكد مزوّد الإعلانات اكتمال المشاهدة، وقد تخضع لحدود يومية. ويُمنع التلاعب بالإعلانات أو استخدام أدوات للحصول على المكافآت دون مشاهدة فعلية.

7. قواعد السلوك

تقوم اللعبة على المنافسة العادلة. ولذلك يُمنع عليك:

• الغش: استخدام برامج أو بوتات أو أدوات أتمتة أو تطبيقات معدّلة، أو أي برنامج يمنحك ميزة غير عادلة.
• استغلال الثغرات: استغلال الأخطاء البرمجية بدلًا من الإبلاغ عنها.
• تداول الحسابات: بيع الحسابات أو العناصر أو الموارد أو الخدمات داخل اللعبة مقابل مال حقيقي، أو شراؤها.
• انتحال الشخصية: انتحال شخصية لاعب آخر أو أحد أفراد فريقنا أو أي جهة.
• الإساءة: السب والتحرش والتهديد والتمييز وخطاب الكراهية، ونشر محتوى إباحي أو عنيف أو غير قانوني.
• الإزعاج والرسائل المتكررة والإعلانات غير المصرّح بها، ومشاركة البيانات الشخصية للآخرين.
• التهرّب من عقوبة باستخدام حساب آخر، أو تقديم بلاغات كاذبة.
• محاولة اختراق خوادمنا أو تعطيلها، أو الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين.
• الهندسة العكسية للعبة أو نسخها أو تعديلها، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

8. المحادثات ومحتوى اللاعبين

• أنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره في محادثة المملكة والعشيرة، وفي الرسائل الخاصة والبريد داخل اللعبة، ومنه البريد الذي ترسله إلى أصدقائك وأعضاء عشيرتك.
• تمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا ومجانيًا لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وعرضه ونقله داخل اللعبة بالقدر اللازم لتشغيلها.
• نستخدم فلترًا تلقائيًا للألفاظ المسيئة، ويجوز لنا مراجعة المحتوى أو حذفه وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
• يمكنك حظر أي لاعب أو إزالة صداقته أو الإبلاغ عن رسائله من داخل اللعبة. وتفصّل قواعد المجتمع ما هو مسموح.

9. العقوبات

إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، يجوز لنا بحسب خطورة المخالفة اتخاذ إجراء أو أكثر مما يلي، دون إشعار مسبق ودون تعويض:

• التحذير أو كتم المحادثة.
• إزالة العناصر أو الموارد التي حُصل عليها بطريقة غير مشروعة، أو إعادة ضبط التقدّم.
• الإيقاف المؤقت للحساب.
• الحظر الدائم للحساب.

لا تُسترد قيمة المشتريات في حساب أُوقف أو حُظر بسبب مخالفة هذه الشروط. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن العقوبة وقعت عليك خطأً، فقدّم اعتراضًا من شاشة الحظر في اللعبة، أو راسلنا على .

10. التغييرات على اللعبة وتوفّرها

• تتطور اللعبة باستمرار. يجوز لنا إضافة ميزات أو تغييرها أو إزالتها، ومنها الفعاليات والممالك والموازنة، كما يجوز لنا دمج الممالك أو تغيير قواعد الانتقال بينها.
• تحتاج اللعبة إلى اتصال بالإنترنت. ولا نضمن أن تكون متاحة دائمًا أو خالية من الأخطاء، فقد تنقطع للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
• قد يلزم تحديث التطبيق لمتابعة اللعب، ولن تعمل الإصدارات القديمة بعد حد معيّن. وأثناء الصيانة لا يمكن اللعب.
• بعض اللاعبين في الممالك شخصيات يديرها فريقنا بالحاسوب، لتبقى الممالك حيّة في بدايتها. يتبعون قواعد اللعبة نفسها، ولا يبدؤون أي هجوم على اللاعبين، ويمكن مهاجمتهم كأي لاعب.
• يجوز لنا إيقاف اللعبة نهائيًا، وسنبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإشعارك مسبقًا.

11. الملكية الفكرية

اللعبة وكل محتواها، من رسومات وشخصيات وأصوات وبرمجيات وعلامات تجارية، مملوكة لنا أو لمرخّصينا، ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. ولا يجوز لك استخدامها خارج اللعبة إلا بإذن كتابي منا.

12. إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات اللعبة، أو بطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني كما في صفحة حذف الحساب. الحذف نهائي، وتفقد به تقدّمك وجميع عناصرك الافتراضية دون استرداد. ويجوز لنا إنهاء حسابك وفق القسم 9. وتبقى الأقسام التي تقتضي طبيعتها البقاء سارية بعد الإنهاء.

13. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها». وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نخلي مسؤوليتنا من أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، ومنها ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معيّن وعدم الانتهاك.

14. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو العناصر الافتراضية. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الستة السابقة للمطالبة. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها قانونًا.

15. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، ما لم تمنحك قوانين بلد إقامتك حقًا بخلاف ذلك. ونشجعك على التواصل معنا أولًا لحل أي خلاف وديًا.

16. أحكام عامة

• إذا تبيّن أن أي بند غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى بقية البنود سارية.
• عدم تطبيقنا لأي بند لا يُعدّ تنازلًا عنه.
• في حال وجود اختلاف بين النسخة العربية والنسخة الإنجليزية من هذه الشروط، تُعتمد النسخة العربية.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us"), the operator of Sultanate of War (the "Game"). If you do not agree to them, do not use the Game.

When we update these terms, we ask you to accept the new version in the Game. You will not be able to keep playing until you do.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
• You can create an account with your email, or sign in with Google or Apple. The details you give us must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens on your account.
• Your account is for you alone. Selling, buying, trading or sharing accounts is not allowed.
• Accounts whose email is not verified within 7 days are deleted automatically.
• Usernames must not be offensive or misleading, or impersonate anyone.

3. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, as long as you follow these terms. This licence does not give you ownership of the Game or any part of it.

4. Virtual currency and items

• The Game includes virtual currency such as gold, plus items, packs and subscriptions such as monthly cards, the growth fund and VIP levels ("Virtual Items").
• Virtual Items are a licence to use within the Game only, not property you own. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold outside the Game.
• We may change, reprice, limit or remove Virtual Items, including when we rebalance the Game.
• Some features, such as the lucky wheel, have random outcomes. The possible rewards are shown in the Game, and no particular reward is guaranteed.

5. Purchases and refunds

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, or by card or wallet through Paymob where available. Payment is also subject to the store's or payment provider's terms.
• Prices are shown in the Game, in your local currency where available, and may include applicable taxes.
• We verify every purchase with the store before delivering it, and email you a payment receipt.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law or the store's policy says otherwise. Refunds for store purchases are requested directly from Google Play or the App Store.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back after delivery, we may review the account and restrict it in cases of abuse.
• If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase.

6. Rewarded ads

Some features let you watch an optional ad for an in-game reward. The reward is granted once the ad provider confirms the view was completed, and daily limits may apply. Tampering with ads, or using tools to collect rewards without actually watching, is not allowed.

7. Code of conduct

The Game is built on fair competition, so you must not:

• Cheat: use bots, automation tools, modified clients, or any software that gives you an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs: take advantage of bugs instead of reporting them.
• Trade accounts: sell or buy accounts, items, resources or in-game services for real money.
• Impersonate: pretend to be another player, a member of our team, or anyone else.
• Abuse others: insult, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, use hate speech, or post sexual, violent or illegal content.
• Spam, flood chat, post unauthorised advertising, or share other people's personal information.
• Evade a penalty by using another account, or file false reports.
• Try to hack or disrupt our servers, or access other players' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy or modify the Game, except as far as the law allows.

8. Chat and player content

• You are responsible for what you post in kingdom and clan chat, private messages and in-game mail, including mail you send to your friends and clan-mates.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit that content within the Game as needed to run it.
• We use an automatic filter for abusive language, and we may review or remove content as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You can block or unfriend any player, or report their messages, from within the Game. The Community Rules set out what is allowed.

9. Enforcement

If you break these terms, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on how serious the breach is, without notice or compensation:

• a warning or a chat mute;
• removal of items or resources obtained improperly, or a progress reset;
• a temporary suspension;
• a permanent ban.

Purchases on an account suspended or banned for breaking these terms are not refunded. If you believe a penalty was a mistake, send an appeal from the ban screen in the Game, or email .

10. Changes to the Game and availability

• The Game is always evolving. We may add, change or remove features, including events, kingdoms and balance. We may also merge kingdoms or change the rules for moving between them.
• The Game needs an internet connection. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free; it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
• You may need to update the app to keep playing; older versions stop working after a point. The Game cannot be played during maintenance.
• Some players in the kingdoms are characters our team runs by computer, to keep kingdoms lively early on. They follow the same game rules, never start an attack on a player, and can be attacked like anyone else.
• We may shut the Game down permanently, and will make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance.

11. Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content, including art, characters, sounds, software and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them outside the Game without our written permission.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Game's settings, or by email request as described on the Delete Your Account page. Deletion is permanent: you lose your progress and all Virtual Items, without refund. We may end your account under section 9. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or Virtual Items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot waive by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of , and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the laws of the country where you live give you a different right. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

16. General

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• If we don't enforce a provision, that does not waive it.
• If the Arabic and English versions of these terms differ, the Arabic version prevails.
