1. الاحترام في المحادثة والبريد

• لا سب ولا تحرش ولا تهديد ولا تمييز ولا خطاب كراهية، في محادثة المملكة والعشيرة والرسائل الخاصة والبريد بين اللاعبين.
• لا محتوى إباحيًا أو عنيفًا أو غير قانوني، ولا روابط ضارة.
• لا إزعاج ولا رسائل متكررة ولا إعلانات غير مصرّح بها.
• لا تشارك بياناتك الشخصية أو بيانات غيرك، كأرقام الهواتف والعناوين وكلمات المرور.

2. الأسماء والعشائر

• يجب ألا تكون أسماء اللاعبين والعشائر ووسومها وشعاراتها مسيئة أو مضللة، ولا تنتحل شخصية أحد، ومنهم فريقنا.
• يجوز لنا تغيير الاسم المخالف دون إشعار.

3. اللعب النظيف

• لا بوتات ولا برامج أتمتة ولا تطبيقات معدّلة.
• أبلغنا عن الأخطاء البرمجية ولا تستغلها.
• لا تبيع الحسابات أو الموارد أو الخدمات داخل اللعبة مقابل مال حقيقي، ولا تشترِها.
• لا تستخدم حسابات متعددة لتحويل الموارد إلى حسابك الرئيسي أو للتهرّب من عقوبة.

4. الأصدقاء والبريد بين اللاعبين

• يمكنك مراسلة أصدقائك وأعضاء عشيرتك فقط، وبعدد محدود من الرسائل يوميًا.
• إذا أزعجك لاعب، احظره أو أزل صداقته، وأبلغ عنه من داخل اللعبة.

5. لاعبون يتحكم بهم الحاسوب

بعض اللاعبين في الممالك شخصيات يديرها فريقنا بالحاسوب، لتبقى الممالك حيّة في بدايتها. يتبعون القواعد نفسها، ولا يبدؤون أي هجوم على اللاعبين، ويمكنك مهاجمتهم كأي لاعب.

6. الإبلاغ

• أبلغ عن أي رسالة أو لاعب يخالف هذه القواعد من داخل اللعبة. يراجع فريق الإشراف البلاغات، والبلاغات الكاذبة مخالفة أيضًا.
• للمشكلات الأخرى، افتح تذكرة من قسم الدعم في اللعبة، أو راجع صفحة الدعم.

7. العقوبات

بحسب خطورة المخالفة: تحذير، أو كتم المحادثة، أو تغيير الاسم، أو إزالة ما حُصل عليه بطريقة غير مشروعة، أو إيقاف مؤقت، أو حظر دائم. إذا حُظر حسابك وتعتقد أن ذلك خطأ، يمكنك تقديم اعتراض واحد من شاشة الحظر في اللعبة، أو مراسلتنا على .

1. Respect in chat and mail

• No insults, harassment, threats, discrimination or hate speech, in kingdom chat, clan chat, private messages or mail between players.
• No sexual, violent or illegal content, and no harmful links.
• No spam, flooding or unauthorised advertising.
• Don't share your own or anyone else's personal details, such as phone numbers, addresses or passwords.

2. Names and clans

• Player names, clan names, tags and slogans must not be offensive or misleading, or impersonate anyone, including our team.
• We may change a name that breaks these rules without notice.

3. Fair play

• No bots, automation tools or modified apps.
• Report bugs; don't exploit them.
• Don't buy or sell accounts, resources or in-game services for real money.
• Don't use extra accounts to funnel resources into your main account or to dodge a penalty.

4. Friends and player mail

• You can mail only your friends and your clan-mates, and only a limited number of messages a day.
• If a player bothers you, block or unfriend them, and report them from inside the Game.

5. Computer-controlled players

Some players in the kingdoms are characters our team runs by computer, to keep kingdoms lively early on. They follow the same rules, never start an attack on a player, and you can attack them like anyone else.

6. Reporting

• Report any message or player who breaks these rules from inside the Game. Our moderators review every report, and false reports are a breach too.

7. Penalties

Depending on how serious it is: a warning, a chat mute, a name change, removal of anything obtained improperly, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. If your account is banned and you think it is a mistake, you can send one appeal from the ban screen in the Game, or email .
